Starch Creative - Graphic Design Internship

adidas came to Starch with a request to revamp their brand’s approach to the 8-12-year-old consumer, the Young Creator. Recognizing the key to building brand loyalty early on, this valuable, largely neglected consumer segment needed consistent strategy and a campaign that differed from mainstream adidas messaging. The result was "Create Every You," a campaign that encompassed the multi-faceted personalities of the Young Creator. 

Starch developed an adidas brand book outlining the brand narrative, creative direction, and campaign toolkit assets. Then, they did a photoshoot and produced brand assets for key retailers including key visuals, digital ads, social assets, apparel bays, and windows.

My contribution to the project was the raw, energetic, sketch-style illustrations which reflect the Young Creators' personal creative expressions, similar to doodles you might find in their spiral-bound notebooks.
